Swansea Area is part of the £135 million Copr Bay Phase One scheme in Swansea, a catalyst for the city’s £1 billion transformation over the coming few years.
The scheme was delivered by Swansea Council and funded by the council, the Welsh Government and the Swansea Bay City Deal which includes both UK Government and Welsh Government funding.
Develop Managed by RivingtonHark, it was built by Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd and the arena is operated by The Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG), a global leader in live theatre. The City Deal project includes the arena, new 1.1-acre of parkland, homes, commercial units, parking for around 1,000 cars and landmark bridge.
We were appointed by Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd to supply workplace furniture for the staff workspace at the Arena where we created open plan layouts along with meeting room furniture.
We also provided hospitality furniture for the VIP Lounge and break out areas throughout the Arena working closely with Buckingham Group Contractors and ATG.
