We are writing to share an update on how we are responding to the outbreak of Covid19, as well as how we plan to approach any future decisions as the situation develops.
We will always act in the best interests of our staff, customers, visitors and suppliers. We will always balance this with our responsibility to check that the safety of everyone is maintained.
This is a fast-moving situation which may involve us changing what we do and how we do it. We have, therefore, established key principles that we will use to make sure services continue, whilst limiting the impact on you and our own colleagues.
- Ensuring all staff follow the prevention of spreading infection in the Public Health Wales guidelines
- Providing adequate washing facilities, ensuring the workplace is clean at all times
- Screening all visitors to our offices and factories
- Giving staff the adequate facilities to work from home in the event of self isolation or if the business needs to close – ensuring that the day to business and operations can continue unaffected
If you have any questions on any of the above or if you would like any more information, please do not hesitate to contact us where we will be happy to discuss this further.
Kind regards
The Board of Directors
